雞蛋黃粉

Tastaz 特幼 洋車前子殼粉 Psyllium Husk Powder Extra Fine

源於印度一種植物 Plantago Ovata 的種子外殼,含超過90%水溶性纖維,遇水後吸水澎漲亦具有黏性,常用作於改善排便及烘焙。

食用方法
